Amanda's Back to School Sale 2015

Closing up my office for the summer

Updated- August 10, 2015

It's that time of year again.  I looked at the newspaper filled with "Back to School" advertisements today. It seems like just last week I was wrapping up the school year and saying goodbyes.  The summers go by quickly.  I am hosting my own version of a "Back to School" sale.  The items for "sale" are specific needs to allow me to head back to Hungary on August 17.

Would you partner with me in ministry to missionary families? Did you know that educational needs for missionary families is a leading reason many families are not able to continue their ministries overseas.  By partnering with me you are really partnering and investing in the missionary families who send their children to the International Christian School of Budapest.  ICSB families serve mostly in Eastern European countries including Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Russia and more. Several families at ICSB teach and train national Christian leaders in theology classes so they can be more equipped to lead in their countries. Pray that these families and ministries would be fruitful.

Moreover, you are investing in the lives of Hungarian and international students who will hear, see, and experience the gospel lived out daily at school. Many of these children may never hear about the personal relationship they could have with Jesus if it wasn't for their attendance at ICSB. Many of these families desire an English education for their children. Pray that many of these children and their families would come to trust and believe in Jesus.

Would you consider investing and partnering in what God is doing in Hungary and throughout Eastern Europe?

God has been faithful to meet all my needs the past four years. I believe that he continue to be faithful again. This summer, I am transitioning to a career or long-term status with my mission, TeachBeyond. My new monthly are at $3,450. This figure includes updates to health insurance costs, additional money for retirement, graduate school, and cost of living expenses. In order to be fully funded at 100% I need an additional $1,010 monthly (or $12,120 annually).

Praise the Lord for 2 new monthly partners and for recalculations of my budget. I am now just $400/month away from being 100% supported.  You can also make a one time gift as well.

If you would like to provide for any of these items you can go to a secure website to make a one-time or monthly donation.  https://give.teachbeyond.org/support/amanda-ferris/
