The last few days before departing Budapest are always full. As I look back on the past two weeks I see God's faithfulness and goodness in many ways during the full days. Here's a few highlights.
 |
| Enjoying the beauty of Budapest in the summer sunshine. |
1. ICSB graduation ceremony and graduation parties to attend. At this graduation party s
ome of the talented graduates (and siblings) performed for the guests. (The location is a YWAM ministry coffee house in Budapest.) These students continue to amaze me with their talents and love for Jesus. Pray for them as they leave Hungary and go off to college.
2. Friends to see one last time for the summer or until the Lord crosses our paths again. Pray for Geza our Hungarian friend & fitness trainer to come to know Jesus.

| My friend Michelle. You will be missed! |

An ice cream date with my friend Luiza and her family.
The kids were to busy playing to get a picture. |
3. Packing! No, I am not moving houses. But HUGE answers to prayers. More on this in another post.
4. Travel Buddies. My housemate and friend Laura Lee traveled together from Budapest to Minneapolis. She continued on to her family in Northern MN.
5. Family Time! I was happy to assist my sister-in-law Jessica and my niece selling farm products at the local farmers market. I was treated to breakfast in bed courtesy of my sweet niece. Eating family meals together on the farm complete with homemade pizza with pork sausage from the pigs they raise. Then there is my grandma's cooking and cookies baked with the best ingredients of all - lots of love.

| Ready to sell chickens, eggs, and pork pieces! |
6. My Home Church Family. While I didn't snap a picture during the service on Sunday or Wednesday in the part, I am ever so thankful for my church family at Bethlehem Baptist Church that welcomes me back. It is a sweet time to enjoy fellowship and the teaching of God's word. I am thankful for the way God uses this body of believers in my life to encourage and pour into my life. Bethlehem, you are such a blessing to me and I thank God for you!
Thank you for your prayers during this time of transition to the US for the summer months. The Lord has been good to me already in just the past few days. The time is always too short to see everyone I wish I could. Please pray for me to find peace and restoration in the Lord. May I taste and see that the Lord is good in all his ways. May I fall more in love with him and more passionate about sharing him.
