Budapest at Night

Last Friday night a new friend had a birthday.  A group of us went into the city for dinner.  We ate at a delicious Thai restaurant.  After dinner, some of us went to Hero's square and the city park.  Here are some pictures from our night.

Hero's Square - This is the Archangel Gabriel holding St. Istvan's crown and the Hungarian cross.  Behind it are statues of many of Hungary's kings or leaders.  

Vajdahunyad Castle by the lake and adjacent to the City Park.  

George Washington- Yes, he's in the Budapest City Park.  Not sure why.
