Diosd Festival
This weekend was the Diosd festival. (Diosd, is the town I live in outside Budapest.) It is held every year is September to coincide with the grape harvest. In the center of town at St. Istvan's square there are booths set up of local artisans and food. There is a large stage for live performances. A group of high schoolers from ICSB performed a drama titled "Everything." It was moving and powerful. One of the students explained the meaning in Hungarian at the end. I pray that God used it to draw people closer to himself. I was so engrossed in watching it that I forgot to take a photo.
Later, there I saw traditional Hungarian folk dancing with live music. It was wonderful to watch and see something that they are proud of as a culture. It reminded me that there will be coming a day when there will be worshippers from every tribe, language and nation around the throne of God. There will be Hungarian people. I am eager for there to be more of them worshipping our savior.
Here's a video of the folk dancing. We were told that the dances were from different regions of Hungary. I didn't get videos of all of them. I ran out of memory on my camera card. Each dance was around 10-15 minutes long. I can only image that they were very hot up on stage. It was around 85 degrees here.

I could only get one video to upload at the moment. I am still working on others.
