Special Prayer Opportunity

I have a special prayer opportunity for you.  Next week at school is Spiritual Emphasis Week.  We have chapel daily and spend more time studying and learning about God.   It's a wonderful week of growing and learning together.  Last year, God used it to bring one of my students to trust in him, I saw hearts softened, and attitudes changed.  I know that God has big plans for this year too!  I would love to see God do some big things in the hearts and lives of my students.

This is my prayer as we prayer together for my students:
"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen."
(Ephesians 3:20-21 ESV)
 
Here's a challenge, would you be willing to join with me in asking God to work mightily in the hearts and lives of my students?  Would you be willing to pray for one of my 15 students every day next week?  Maybe as a family you want to pray for one student or perhaps each of your children want to pray for a different student.  I can only imagine the ways God might move if we ask him to on behalf of these children.

What do you need to do?  Please e-mail me by Friday, Jan. 11 and let me know if you are willing to pray for a student (or more than one student).  I will send you information about a student.  Then pray and we'll see what God does through our prayers.
